Henning uses found objects from his immediate surroundings to create romantic assemblages that often resemble anthropomorphic totems. His works are charged with a mischievous yet monumental presence that evoke humor, decay, culture and nature.

Henning Hamilton b. 1987 Gothenburg, Sweden. Lives and works in Falerum, Sweden. Solo and duo shows include Stjärnornas Krig (with Linda Pedersen) at Market Art Fair, Stockholm, Sweden (2023); Från A till B at ISSUES, Stockholm (2022); Jailhouse Rock (with Linda Pedersen) at Arsenalsgatan 3, Stockholm (2020); Deal With It at ISSUES, Stockholm (2019) and Monkey See, Monkey Do at Tatiana Pieters in Ghent, Belgium (2017). He has participated in group shows at Mahkjip Gallery in Seoul, South Korea and ISSUES, Galleri Thomassen and Carl Kostyál in Stockholm.

In 2019 he took part in the Launch Pad LaB Art Residency Program.
