Klara skilfully employs methods used in prop-making to create a fake archaeology. Artefacts made from plaster and spray paints are shown alongside "people", visiting us from a past but also perhaps from a future. The representations portray an ancient and bemusing civilisation by means of presenting finds from excavated fictitious sites named Ul'd Arbas or Valdaesti Umdar.

Klara Zetterholm b. 1991, lives and works in Stockholm. She graduated from the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm in 2022, her MFA exhibition was awarded with a grant from the Bonnier foundation.

Klara's work is represented in collections such as Norrköpings konstmuseum, Statens Konstråd, Gullringsbo Konstsamling, Ersta Diakoni and numerous Swedish and international private collections.
